Game is Unplayable
Wasted money. Everything is covered in white boxes and there is no way to see what you’re clicking. The in app purchase was then not registered through the App Store so I’m having to go through loops to try and get a refund.

I can’t see anything except white boxes on the screen so I have no clue what I’m supposed to be doing. I really wanted to play this game but I guess I’ll have to delete it and find something else.
Glitching maybe
I’m not sure what is going on. I don’t know if they need to update the game, but it’s got white screens and squares that blink. You can’t see any of the game features. You have no idea what you’re clicking on. This game looked fun but I’m not sure if it is worth it. Please help!!

Not sure if it’s worth downloading
This game seemed fun from the ads I got. But when I downloaded it, it is too bright. And all the areas that you can zoom in for clues are just white boxes. I even looked at the official guide to see if I’m missing something. I can’t even get into the hotel. I’m stuck in the beginning area unable to see any puzzles or items I need to solve puzzles. Devs need to address the issues. I’d love to play since I love horror/mystery puzzle games but I will delete and ask for a refund. Hopefully the issues get resolved soon

Needs fixing
I bought and played this game many years ago. It is a great game, then. Now you download it and it is all glitching. Until they fix it it, I would not even give it a quarter star. Stay clear until it gets fixed. It wouldn’t let me rate unless I gave it a star.

This game is unplayable, though you’re still selling it and people have payed to play this game. If you aren’t going to update it and make it playable, take it off the App Store.

Are you even going to update it or keep letting people download it for nothing? Won’t play on my gen 9 IpAd. Graphics are all over the place

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money. I open the game and it started ok until everyone went inside then the screen goes squares everywhere. The color goes away and everything is blue and white. A big waste of my money. I could have bought another game. I give this an F. I hope the next person who’s thinking about buying this game will read the reviews first.

Broken
The app is broken to the point you can’t play it anymore. It is visually broken which makes it almost hurt the eyes, and since these types of games require you to use your eyes 75% almost 90% of the time to play the game (its 25%-10% audio for the story) you literally can’t play this game anymore. I’d love to play this game but I literally can’t. Any puzzles are literally just a white screen and most of the rest of the game is like blue and white jarringly. Like as if you badly photo shopped it.

It’s a complete waste of your time. The game looks like they accidentally released an unfinished version of the game. You can see white boxes around each item that moves or interactive. But that’s if you manage to see ANYTHING because most of the screen is completely white. Like someone turned the contrast and brightness all the way up. The opening movie is fine, and some of the objects are fine so you can see what the game SHOULD be like (and it looks like it could have been fun). I struggled through the first screen by just tapping everywhere and using the hint to get through puzzles (how can you solve something you can’t see?!?!) hoping that the first screen was a fluke and the rest of the game would be fine, but even after opening the hotel door you get to experience yet another completely white screen. Hope the developers actually see all these complaints and update it, because it really does seem worth playing if you could just SEE the game.
The “app support” page for the game no longer exists. So I’m guessing they just forgot about it and moved on. How about you remove the download from the App Store?

Terrible Graphics
The graphics of this game are so bad you can’t tell what you’re doing. Must be some kind of glitch. Opening scene was just a jumbled mess. Skip this one.
Can’t play. Ugh!
Bought this game back in July to have something to play while camping. Went to play and everything was good until the game actually starts. The scene is blotchy, white and blocky. Like someone broke the screen of my IPad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I have played Big Fish games for years and this is my first complaint. Maybe an update will help. Hopefully Big Fish can fix it.
