I was a very good customer I spent hundreds of dollars on these games only to be ripped off. None of my games will download without me paying again. I tried reaching out several times with my purchase history but no one will contact me. Very poor business and customer service.

I bought this game and was deducted from the amount of $6.99, but the game was not activated. I tried more than once until I deleted it and downloaded it again. I turned off the phone and opened it, but to no avail. I informed the competent authorities in this regard, and the amount was not returned to my account. I complained about reporting a problem, and also there was no benefit. I don't know what to do, as it has been more than a week now and I have been waiting for the money to be returned to my Apple ID account

Love this game
Lots of puzzles and interesting story. I’ve played lots of Big Fish games and I’ve LOVED them all. No coin collecting or energy levels to keep you going. You can just play for as long as you need. Please keep making more games. 👍🏻👍🏻
Purchase doesn’t show
There have been a number of games I’ve purchased from big fish, this being one. I went to download to play again after some time and it says I need to purchase! I’ve OWNED this game for years. Big fish, please get your files together!!

This game now stalls at the end of the Lexington chapter. Is it still supported? It’s a good game, I’d like to complete it and it also cost £5.99!

Haunted Hotel The X, I absolutely Loved it!
What a great game, it was everything a game should be! The scenes were spooky and the story was interesting. The puzzles were good also, challenging and unique, and if a puzzle was just to hard; you could skip it. There were many scenes to go through, so you really got your money’s worth. I can’t wait to play it again, it was so much fun.

Great game but the minute I paid to unlock it stops working and I can’t progress. Bit of a waste of money.
Crashes
Was really enjoying this game until it crashed. Attempted to delete it and reinstall. Unfortunately it continued to crash
Got charged twice for it
When I wanted to purchase the game from the free version the game crashed I got still charged for it. But then the game showed it was not paid for. I reloaded it, deleted and reinstalled it, still nothing. I bought it again I could continue to play it. Today I got my bill via email showing I got charged £5.99 twice. This is not great is it? The free version is very buggy. Screen freezes you need to reload it. Can I please have refund for one?

Nothing after purchase
I played until you had to unlock the game and then it just stopped letting me go further. There was nothing more I could do. It kept saying get past the locked door, which I did. And then nothing. Waste of money when you actually pay and get nothing, but it’s free the first half.

How do i get a refund for this one? I just purchased it and now isn’t working at all, unlike your other ones. Please refund!!!!
Has a bug
Would be a good app but it has a bug fairly early on. When one has to saw the thorns the app won’t recognise the saw. Not good value for money as I can’t progress with the game on the iPad.
