Terrible app
This is a buggy app, completely useless to easily purchase. It doesn’t add the personalised card to your cart, and I’m so fed up with trying I won’t give Prestige any more of my money until this is sorted out. Luckily there are lots of other places to buy flowers from. For the prices they charge, an app that you can make a purchase on is I’d say the minimum you should be able to expect. No app is better than this one.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, AVOID AT ALL COST
If there’s an option for zero point I would put it here undoubtedly.
First of all the flower is nowhere near the description, and for £45 it’s way below standard, looks like what you could get from Asda.
Secondly, I paid extra money for their next day delivery, which I expected to be arrive by 3pm that day. And eventually it arrived one day late. How can you explain this to my wife when it’s our first birthday since wedding? Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful business when you claim that as next day while you failed completely to achieve that.
If you ever see this comment, I promise I’ll try my very best hunting your company for this disgraceful behaviour. In EVERY review, EVERY search ads you place to tell the world how unreliable you are.

Frustrating
I added some flowers and then wrote a whole card. When clicking the final button to add the card to the basket the app frozen and I lost my order.
App is shocking
After an hour of trying to place the order I’ve had to give up. Card details not loading, constant waiting to download, different details on screens, discount code not applied. The list is endless. How many people are just giving up and how ouch business is being lost?
Haute App
The app just doesn’t work. As per previous customer reviews, the app becomes paralysed after you have selected flowers. So frustrating!
Flourist amazing but really poor app
Always my go to company for flowers. 5* for them. However, app is a awful. You click on flowers to view them and then you can’t click a “back” button to go back to the page you were on. Instead you have to go back to main page and remember where you were looking.
Wouldn’t let me log into Apple or Google to pay.

How can this app have been approved to go live?!?!?
The app has obviously not been properly tested, there are so many problems with it!! Like a previous reviewer, I started on the web page which suggested downloading the app for a £5 discount but after filling in all the required boxes and clicking the ‘add to basket’ button all the boxes cleared, the basket was empty and I was back to square one!! Luckily, I had copied my long message in anticipation of this happening (warned by previous reviewers) and tried again.. and again.. On my third attempt the order seems to have been processed successfully! The app is now stuck on a review page, there are no buttons to navigate away from this page and swiping doesn’t work… I also had to enter recipients address manually as it didn’t appear in the automated choices… (Oct 2021)

Always crashes
App always crashes. You click add to basket etc, doesn’t work, then there’s no back button on the app.

Incredibly hard to use. As soon as you click through to next step it deletes all the details you’ve just inputted. Very slow to load searches and new pages.
Rating for app, not flowers
App works ok for viewing etc, but if I want to sign in via Apple ID it’s impossible.

Started on the main Haute webpage which suggests downloading the app. Doesn’t seem to be an iPad version but not a problem as can expand. The problem came after selecting flowers, choosing delivery date and filling out gift card ... you then click ‘add to basket’ and it just clears the screen and states ‘empty basket’ with no way of returning. Closed the app and tried again in case I’d done something wrong but exactly the same happened. Went back to main web page and worked fine
