Needs constant updates.
I have tried to give this app the most positive reviews mostly because I love their coffee, but this app…this app has just given me headaches every time I use it. For one, when I get logged out of my account, I try to log back in and it crashes. I don’t understand why it would do that and so it makes it impossible to use my available funds I load onto the card. The second reason I dislike this app is once I have ordered for curbside pickup, if I ever were to accidentally close the app, I go back to it and the screen where you’re supposed to notify the store that you have arrived just DISAPPEARS. So I’d have to go into the store to let the employees know that. Overall I love the coffee but this app definitely needs a bit of work.

Coffee is Important. Havana never lets me down. I haven’t been to Starbucks in a couple of years! Even traveling I yearn for my Shaken espresso with cream and brown sugar. The sweetest coffee is here!
Please fix. Used to be a good app
The app has been broken for over a month. Not able to use wallet or make orders and has become completely useless, unfortunately
Worked great until 4-19-23
This app had been easy to use and convenient for placing mobile orders, refilling card, and leaving tip.
Yesterday, I went to place order.
1. Wasn’t able to check how much credit I had for my account.
2. Wasn’t able to place mobile order with the app.
3. Employee was aware and acknowledged that the app wasn’t working and that I could place the order in store.
Please fix.
