Can’t control anything anymore. I get a 404 error when trying to turn lights on or off.
Saving Lighting Control Settings
I have a single controller and can change the lighting mode (Christmas, Halloween , etc.) but there is no way to save changes. This is a serious issue with any software application.

WiFi no longer works
WiFi no longer works. Thousands of $$’s wasted. Can’t change light colors and manually have to toggle lights off & on

Excellent, user- friendly, smart lighting controls
I am a lighting contractor in Florida that installs several manufacturers’ smart lighting systems. Haven’s app is by far the most user-friendly and intuitive apps on the market, bar none. App continuously crashes or won’t load at all.

Tried to download numerous times but it won’t stay active. It opens and immediately closes. Help!

Latest version is unstable and unusable. Crashes constantly.
Needs improvement
The app is good in theory, but it is error prone and needs some tweaks.
My guess is that the developer doesn’t use it in their normal life and isn’t aware of the fixes that are needed!

Continuously Crashes and Logs Out
The app forces me to login again if I close it out and open it back up. Devices show on or off when the opposite is true. Error codes populate without cause. If it weren’t for all of that being a constant irritation, the app would be nice. Grouping lights and scenes are a nice touch from the old app. I just wish it worked as intended.
