Needs Full Overhaul
This app is probably one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. At this point it seems like this tech is behind 20 years from all the rest of banks and their mobile app.
This banking app needs a HUB for all accounts, personal/business for seamless money transfers and management between all accounts.

Security process in antiquated
Haverhill Bank’s customer service and personnel are as good as any bank I’ve worked with and better than most. However, their online presence, and in particular their process for accessing online banking is antiquated.
Please update your website, mobile app and especially your security and verification methods from the 1990’s look and feel.

Smooth Bank
I like haverhill bank because it has no hidden fees. & also it is easy to run.
Fix your bugs
This app is horrible I only use the bank as it’s around the corner from my house. Every time I use it it I have to reset my password and not enter any different
Hard to sign up
It is hard to have to 1 put your finger print 2 write your password 3 answer 2 security questions to then be able to access to your account. I think it will be good if you can fix that. I went to the office and sit down to fix this and still didn’t happen. Please fix it. Thank you.
A lot of things have changed with Haverhill bank
I have been a member for over 30 years. I am not as satisfied as I once was especially with if God for bid you have to call the bank and ask a question the Face ID on my mobile app has not been working for two months, and when I called and they just say that the real busy and I should try calling again.

Face ID
This app could be better if you can open the app with Face ID and not use a long password every time.
Touch ID
This app needs the fingerprint ID added.
Five stars once bill pay is fixed
Bill pay function does not work. If I review a payment, there should be a submit button. Please fix.
