This app does not allow you to rent bikes (use the PBSC app instead). This app only helps with trip planning or something like that.

Payed &12 for the day pass, used the bike once for 10 minutes, and couldn’t use it again.

Where can I pay
Great app other then the fact that can't actually use it for what it should do. Google maps has a mop of where the bike stations are. I was expecting a payment option and/ or a timer once purchased. Why have an app if all it is is a map?
Use PBSC
While neither intuitive nor obvious, you shouldn’t use this Hawaii Bikes app for Biki. Instead you should be using the (poorly named) PBSC app, which will also work for other cities.
You’ll be able to login to each city’s system after switching to that city in the PBSC App.
