Accounts move around
I like my accounts stacked so I can glance at them and know exactly what account is what. Had them that way for years. For some reason now they keep moving up or down with no way to edit them and get them back in line. I don’t know what you guys did in the last update but it’s screwed up your app big time

Awful app. Can’t make mobile deposit. Bank knows nothing of why
I got the app to make mobile deposits the most. I can’t even get the e-deposit menu to work. Complained for weeks, no one knows anything at the bank and kept telling me it’s not the bank preventing me from making a deposit by mobile. So who’s going to fix this?!
Too basic
This app is completely subpar. You can’t even deposit a mobile check! It’s 2024, this should be a very basic feature of any bank app. I have to drive to the bank and go to deposit every single check, I have a business, so this is extremely inconvenient. I think I will actually change Banks because of this, super inconvenient. Please fix ASAP!

Zelle doesn’t work
Signed up for Zelle at the bank. They sent an email saying I was enrolled. Now in the app there’s TWO menu options that say Send Money with Zelle. Neither of them work.
Very poor app
This app consistently refuses to load and just sits there and spins. You cannot update the bill pay portion of this app. It’s extremely frustrating and will cause me to change banks. I have other banks, and thier apps work just fine.

I don’t have IOS 13. So can’t install upgrade and now my current app doesn’t work either...
Roll back please
This update is for a minimum iOS 13. My business iPhone 6 which still works fine is iOS 12. Now I can’t update or log in to check my Business account. Thanks ID10T developer.
Poor
Cannot mobile deposit checks with this recent version of the app, couldn’t mobile deposit with the previous version either. Cannot even edit your basic account information or view statements.

I don’t hate it. I don’t love it. It’ll do what it has to do..... most of the time.
Not Bad
App functions basically. I’ve had other banking apps like Wells Fargo which is incomparably better. For basis needs of a banking app, this has you covered. Each time I try to deposit a check through this app, it crashes. Would love an app update as this is my main bank now!

App update no can pay bills
Why do they update and screw up our apps? I had to go through safari today to pay my bills. This update, done four days ago, does not allow bill payments to complete — you can enter an amount and date but that is the end of it. I had to get phone support and they didn’t mention the update, they did walk me thru the bill payment on safari but that is not and was not the problem. My app is already updated but this update has a problem so why are we wasting time? Why doesn’t the bank send a message telling us they just put out an update? No wonder they have high call volume. I would switch banks but I prefer a credit union.

Needs fixing
I tried doing the transfers but when it goes through it doesn’t show up. It still says the same. I tried logging out and logging back in it’s still the same.
Mobile deposit crashes the app
I have to repeatedly try to make a mobile deposit and it crashes most of the time. Then when it works, you have to remove it from the working files and relaunch it, and hope it doesn’t crash again. It hasn’t been fixed since the new app was launched.
Why fix what wasn’t broken.
Had to download a whole new app which replaced the old one for some reason... I use finger ID so I had trouble figuring out what my Id and password was. Today I tried to log in with my finger ID and after 2 tries it locked me out and now I have to call the bank... Now I can’t check my account. Why not make me answer security questions or send something to my email... or send me a code through text.

Cheap Banking App
I have dealt with many credit unions and other banks and this is the only one I have to wait for a live person to do what I want to do with my account. You cannot do any banking stuff online with calling their call center and only open during their business hours.

Locked out
I got locked out and I didn’t even hit submit or even enter any info. The app would be better if it would let me reset my password online rather than having to wait until the business is open to reset it.
New update harder to use
I don’t get why they needed to update to a whole new format. The old one was very simple and easy to use, now this one just looks very outdated and complicated. The simplicity of the old update was why I liked using the app in the first place now I can’t even re arrange the order of my accounts. A very unnecessary update.
