Subscription never worked

I subscribed to e zine on May 16, 2022 and today is May 25, 2022…I could never access the magazines online. I sent numerous emails for help, called and left a voicemail and no one returned my call! They responded to 2 of my 6 emails I sent. One of those two emails was responded to because I asked for a refund which they immediately did. Shouldn’t take 9 days to be able to read a magazine online.
