App Not Launching
Why is the app store allowing customers to download the app if it doesn’t accept the login and password? There are no messages after login - the app immediately closes & shutdown.
Unable to register
When I try to register it tells me there is already an account associated with that email address. When I try to log in or change the password it says there’s no account for that email…. Catch 22.
Text too large
The text in the app is so large that I am unable to do my payments with the app as I cannot see or scroll down to the buttons.

Unable to register. Have been calling Hawaiiana office since May and have left at least five messages. No response. Terrible customer service!
Frustrating
Facial biometrics doesn’t work. Very frustrating to use an app which offers facial recognition but constantly turns off.
Registration Issues
Unable to register. Filled out all fields and Submit button is not active. No error message found. Tried again and the Submit button worked; not sure why. We will see if the app actually works.
Does not work
Users cannot register. There’s a UI problem with state abbreviation. This app is useless and should not be offered for use in its current state.
Registration non functional
Registration does not function at this time receive error regarding state needing to be 2 letters and drop down is HI but does not work

I ran into the same issue State option inoperable. Who designed this app?
Frustrating
Can’t even register an account. It has a drop down for your state which is required and it populates the field with the 2-character state abbreviation but when you try to submit the form it won’t let you and says on 2 characters allowed in the state field!
