Why doesn’t Apple require developers to make their apps work?

Not sure what the problem others were having because this has sound for me and works. Perhaps they just need to update their phone or something I’m not sure.

This is the best hawk sound app ever. Especially the fly by animation with the face.

Don’t bother downloading there are no sounds. So if I could give it no stars I would, bc it flat out doesn’t work!
