“You don’t even go outside anymore, they said.”

I cried and ran out of the house, making sure to grab my phone as I broke out. I ran and I ran and I ran without stopping until I reached the local bar. I’m drowning my sorrows now, and as I stare into the reflection on the surface of the liquid, all I can see is the blue dinosaur, soaring past flames into the atmosphere. A tear slides down my nose, landing on the glass and sliding down its side. I am happy. I have Hayden Hops.
