I Didn't Know Buying More Than One Device Was A Crime
I’ve had a Haylou Solar for a long time, and it still works perfectly fine. Recently, I bought a new Haylou S6 watch and tried to add it to the Haylou Fun app.
That’s when I discovered something ridiculous: the app apparently allows only one watch to be connected at a time.
I was genuinely disappointed. Then I thought, okay, I’ll just use my secondary phone. I downloaded Haylou Fun, logged into my account, and added the new watch there. Everything seemed fine.
But when I came back to my primary phone, I found that I had been automatically signed out.
So my question to Haylou is:
Do you not want your users to own and use multiple Haylou devices?
Are you saying I’m somehow wrong for buying more than one of your products? You don’t want your customers to use multiple devices in parallel? Do I need to choose which Haylou product I’m “allowed” to use?
Or is the message simply: “Congratulations on buying multiple Haylou products. Now you can only use one of them at a time.”
What kind of product ecosystem is this?
I genuinely don’t understand the logic behind this limitation. I already own your products, I like your products, and I chose to buy another one. Why make the experience worse for customers who actually buy more of your devices?
Haylou, please fix this. Your customers should not have to fight your app just to use the products they paid for.

Gps parou de funcionar.
Ele pede pra esperar o gps estar pronto para inciar, mas ele nunca fica pronto, e se iniciar mesmo sem ele estar pronto, ele não marca nada.
Usando ele a 3 meses, nunca o derrubei, mas só funcionou bem no primeiro mês.

На одних часах меняется язык через приложение , на вторых нет почему-то в приложении такой функции. Как изменить язык?

Com as últimas atualizações o app ficou mais bonito e funcional, melhorou a instabilidade nas conexões com o iPhone mas ainda tem episódios de desconexões e a galeria de mostradores já está defasado e precisando de novos mostradores porque os que tem já estão ficando ultrapassados uma dica se inspirem mais nos mostradores atuais da Samsung para dispositivos de tela redonda e Apple para dispositivos com tela quadrada nos deem mais opções de mostradores com urgência

Little training information
I bought the Haylou 4S and was disappointed with the app. For an app focused on running, basic information is missing that any runner expects to find.
There is no clear visualization of the splits per kilometer, nor detailed performance metrics during the race. The application shows only general data, greatly limiting the analysis of training.
In addition, integration with third-party applications is limited and the overall experience gives the impression of an unfinished product. The watch has potential, but Haylou Fun needs to evolve a lot to serve those who practice running regularly.
I hope future updates will bring more complete metrics and a more professional experience for users.

Does not update correctly/ connect… adding exercises does not keep it on the phone have to constantly switch exercises to add onto phone. Disappointed with this app.

Não consigo fazer a sincronização para receber as mensagens do whats no meu iPhone, nem aparece essa opção , ele mostra as ligações porém as mensagens não chegam e nem acho aonde faço essa sincronização

A versão anterior sincronizava muito bem, mas depois da última atualização, sempre dá falha, inclusive numa corrida só não fiquei sem marcar o tempo pq utilizei o STRAVA pois na hora que solicitei pelo relógio deu erro de sincronização
