Top Notch Superb Service
Haylup has been my transportation of choice during all my visits. The drivers are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This ride share company is very dependable…even when our location wasn’t on a map (such as a beach excursion) the drivers were able to find us. The app is easy to use as well. Also, the selection of cars are just AMAZING with reasonable prices. I recommend Haylup to everyone I know visiting Grenada…you won’t be disappointed!

Haylup works great!
The app is easy to load in USA, I couldn’t load a credit card until I arrived in Grenada, but then it was easy. Lots of drivers, minimal wait times, works great!
Good rides, but needs improvements
I tested the app and all the rides were smooth and people were polite. Very good service to have on the island. However, there is no way to edit your profile through the app. I cannot change form of payment in case my card expires. I would not be able to change form a new one.

The price doubles depending on time of day (aka anytime you want to eat a meal or go out), during certain days of the week, and even depending on location you’re going. Ridiculously expensive for a 1.5 mile drive.
Good for groups less than 4
Scam. Just another company trying to get money any way necessary. I had a party of 7. The app only let me request up the 6 ppl even though most cars can accommodate 7. My party of 7 was force to pay in cash or pay for 12 passenger vans so a 30ec difference for one additional person. I will never use this service again. The people were rude and the app was not accommodating based on traditional vehicle seating.

After accepting our ride the driver decided to pick up 5 other drunk people and drop them off before us. The app makes it way to difficult to get help and get refunds.

Cannot delete your account
I’ve been trying for months to delete my account, and have reached out to support twice, but my account will not be deleted and I’ve received no communication otherwise.
