Useless
Booked activities on the app but no itinerary in the app to confirm booking details. Even reception struggled to find the bookings.
Loses the order on the app
Put water with my order and then when I checked out the pizzas fell off the order. Stupid app that is losing sales for Hayman.
Useless
The worst app ever, can’t do anything! Tells me to put in my details for my reservation & finally get through only to be told you haven’t put in a title or email but Dropbox won’t allow!! Please fix these issues before getting people to use it.
Complete rubbish
Does not work on my iPhone 8. Does on old iPad. Hangs up. Completely useless. An insult to the hard working staff as this terrible app detracts from the experience of an otherwise excellent resort.
