Never updates payments
Hays travel is great but my gripe is the app, when payments are made via dd it just takes a months to update or doesn’t update at all. Please can you sort this out

Wow, what an amazing experience my wife and I had today booking our dream holiday. The staff at Carlisle branch couldn’t do enough to make the process effortless. Martin Brown, in particular, was very patient and went above and beyond to make our dream come true!

Cruise booking
