Not user friendly
I downloaded this app so I can scan business cards and store them on my laptop. I want to use it like a rolodex, but I have yet to figure out to do that.
Need more design options and social media platforms
It’s a very simple digital business card design, it needs more business card design layout. Also there’s no way to add custom social media links for unsupported social media apps. Currently they only have linkin, Facebook, X, and Skype. No instagram or other major platform.

Warning to anyone signing up to Haystack - You cannot export all your cards in bulk.
You think you can when you sign up to premium, but it takes you off the app (isn’t this 2025?!) and creates a separate account so none of your scanned business cards are there.

Love on Android not on iOS
Will submit a bug report. If Haystack is syncing with my stock address book, Outlook app constantly crashes. After uninstalling the app, no crashing.
Removed the ability to save contacts without full contact access
The ability to save contacts to your phone without giving Haystack full access to your entire contacts list seems to have been removed recently.
I don’t mind having it sync the contacts I scan in but I don’t want the app to have access to the details of everyone else in my phone.

Free and Excellent
I’ve tried so many apps and i promise you, this one does the job and is free! Yes maybe there is no AI or other fancy stuff but doesn’t require a subscription and is well designed, it syncs through multiple accounts and for all the business cards i’ve scanned the mistakes are very small. Well done!
Decent but wants to upload your existing contacts
I don’t see any valid reason to upload my contacts other than mine my information. Interface is awkward to use

I have used camcard for years and haven't been impressed with their free version. I was happy to pay for the paid version, but the annual subs made no sense. Every so often I check for apps that do the same and better for reduced subs or free and never found one until now!

Sneaky contact stealer
No! I don’t want to sync my contacts with your servers. And when I share a contact — I want to share a vCard, not a link to your site!

Logos don’t resize well. Logo wasn’t auto-imported accurately. Resizing feature for photos is glitchy.
One suggestion
I love the app, I use it all the time and it’s the best way to get a prospect’s email or number without being pushy.
The reason it’s not a 5 star review is because I can’t add my Instagram or TIKTOK. It would be great to have the option to add the rest of the social media apps.

I like it, some critical feedback
I love using this app and being able to send people my card virtually. The only fallbacks would be 1) you need a different email for each card you make 2) when you edit the message that sends along with your card- it always ends up resetting to the default message, making me type my personalized message every time I want to send my card.

Great app. Needs more social media options
I love this app, but it only gives you the option to share website, FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Skype. No way to add handles for Insta, Tiktok, etc
