WORST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service, it almost took 3 months to get my Hayyak Rewards card, the card can neither be registered on App nor the website, app doesn’t seem to work for ever

Developer of this App should be ashamed to provide such a malfunctioning App in this country! The worst by all standards

App is not working
It used to work fine however now the barcode is not showing. You guys need to update the app.
Card Replacement option not working
Worst app & worst customer services, its been 4 months I have been waiting for card replacement as the old one got faded. Cant see the card’s barcodes in application as well. You guys need fix this issue for IPhone users.
