i can’t put my phone number to verify my Hazukido
i got little disappointed i can’t put my phone numbers to verify my account. i already have points from store . i want to download check my point. they just won’t let me to my phone number to check. put my email. this email is not registered… now sure what happened. i don’t even know this apps still exist. please fix it.

This honestly such a great croissant store and a great app at the same time, they are all very detailed
App QR code scanner does not work
For a first-time buyer, they asked for phone # in the store to register. On the receipt there will be QR code that supposedly could be scanned through the app as the membership ID. However, this scanning feature is just a flop. It does not work at all.
Can’t actually order off the app
I added money to my wallet but can’t spend it. There is no “make a purchase” screen, just rewards and your wallet.

Released prematurely
As other reviews say, the app is not useable. As a developer, I can’t believe they released the app so prematurely. I am still looking forward to trying their croissant but the dev company that built this app shouldn’t take this failure lightly as it hurt the business’s reputation.
Nothing works
Don’t bother downloading. Refer a friend doesn’t work, ordering does not work. Nothing works. They are also closing the app down to focus on in store purchases only.
Unusable App
When trying to order from the app, I’m always stuck at the page “finding nearest place”, it doesn’t give you any option to choose the store. Hope this bug will be fixed soon, or else it is not usable.
