Hazyl

Hazyl is a journaling app that does more than hold your words. It helps you understand them. Most journals are just a blank page and a date. Hazyl actually reads what you write and shows it back to you: the feelings in your entry, the ones hiding between the lines, and how your heart has been doing over time. It turns writing into a simple way to get to know yourself. WRITE HOWEVER YOU FEEL Some days you have a lot to say. Some days you just need a little nudge to start. Hazyl works both ways. Open a blank page and write whatever is on your mind, or pick a prompt to help you go a little deeper. The prompts are warm and gentle, there to help you open up, not to put you on the spot. SEE THE FEELINGS IN YOUR WORDS When you finish writing, Hazyl shows you the emotions in your entry and whether the moment felt mostly good, hard, calm, or mixed. You do not have to figure out what you were feeling on your own. You get to see it, spelled out clearly, so things you might have missed start to make sense. MOMENTS: YOUR ENTRY, PIECE BY PIECE One journal entry is almost never just one feeling. Hazyl gently breaks your writing into moments, the little parts that matter, and shows you the feeling behind each one. You can watch yourself go from worried to hopeful and back again, all in a single entry. No plain diary can show you that. WORDS FOR HOW YOU REALLY FEEL Sometimes it is hard to name what you feel. Hazyl knows 52 different emotions, from joy and gratitude to grief, doubt, and that bittersweet feeling of missing something. It even understands mixed feelings, those times when two opposite emotions are true at once, so your day is never boiled down to just good or bad. FOR YOU: PROMPTS MADE JUST FOR YOU Every day, Hazyl gives you a few fresh prompts based on what you have actually been writing about lately. They are not the same tired list everyone else gets. They meet you where you are and gently follow what is already on your mind. TWELVE THEMES FOR EVERY KIND OF DAY Find a theme that fits your life right now: Today, Gratitude, Growth, Bonds, Pressure, Grief, Change, Doubt, Identity, Anger, Belonging, and Purpose. Whether the day was light or heavy, there is a place to start. SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE Over time, Hazyl shows you how your moods have been moving, which feelings come up the most, and the moments worth holding onto. A few minutes of writing here and there adds up to a much clearer picture of how you are really doing. YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST Your journal is yours and yours alone. Everything you write is locked and encrypted, so the most honest things you share stay private and safe. FREE AND PREMIUM Journaling in Hazyl is free, always. Write as much as you like, add your own feelings, and explore every theme and prompt. Premium adds automatic emotion reading, Moments, and daily personalized prompts for anyone who wants to go even deeper. WHAT MAKES HAZYL DIFFERENT Plenty of apps let you type out your day. Hazyl was built to do something rarer: to help you understand what you are feeling and why. Reading your entry moment by moment, naming 52 curated emotions, and giving you fresh prompts based on your own writing are not things you will find in a plain diary or a simple mood tracker. Every part of it was designed by hand to help you feel a little more understood. Furthermore, Hazyl is made by one independent developer, not a big company. Every prompt, every feeling it can name, and every screen was shaped slowly and with care by someone who wanted a gentler, more thoughtful way to journal. Hazyl is for anyone who wants to understand themselves a little better. Not a clinic, not a mood tracker that gives you a score, just a kind and thoughtful companion that helps you see yourself more clearly, one entry at a time.
