I was sent the wrong item.
I was sent the wrong jacket, and the one I wanted is now sold out. I am beyond furious. It was on sale and it said it can’t be returned. I emailed them at their help email, we will see how they handle the situation. I am extremely unhappy, I’ve been waiting months for a Stone Island jacket like this to go on sale.

Terrible service
3 Times I have asked for return address and returns request I still have no return address and there is no address on app or website also link for returns does not work and it also says pack item and return to one of the given addresses. There are no addresses . All I want to do is return the item but can’t get any service to help .

Downloaded the app to buy a limited-edition item. Woke-up early and started to make purchase immediately at the drop. Spinning wheels of death at every stage. Mysterious errors at checkout. 25 minutes later: insufficient stock for purchase. Don’t do a drop if you don’t have the technical capabilities to do a drop. Waste of time.

Update on IPhone 13 Pro Continuously Signs Out of Logged in Account
As of the recent update on January 8, once signed into app itself signs you out almost instantly every time you interact with the app. Whether that be looking at your wish list which continuously tells you it’s been merged yet doesn’t show you anything at all for a few seconds until loading, or it be to simply look at your cart or account info in which it requires you to sign in for every single move you make. please update to have star rating reviews as this was not an issue before. Besides that the app works great for finding authentic products hope to see a solid update fix for this as well since it appears to have fixed the issue with toggling in wishlist to verify if size is actually sold out or not even though I believe there should be a fix to simply update the item in wishlist to display when items size preference sells out.

What a useless app,can’t get any hot releases at all,better off going to a web and shop everything else.Wouldn’t recommend this app at all,save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else!If I could give a half a star I definitely would!
