You randomly will not be able to access the app, even though you enter the correct passcode. You have to contact customer service, rather than resetting your account online. It’s been a week, and I still cannot access my account! Ridiculous!
Also, not an app issue, but Gilsbar now only issues paper checks rather than direct deposit to your checking/savings account for claims payments. I don’t understand the change. Never received an answer to why the change.
