It doesn’t get you pass first location or address
The app is a hot mess
I can’t even add my address. It pops up and then will not take it.
Not User Friendly
When I open this app it goes right to page that asks you to input Home or Work and provide the Location address which I do but it will not allow me to proceed!
Very frustrating because all that requested info is already in my Profile!
Why does the App do this and how can I get around this whenever I click on the App ??

Why can’t I enter my address
Why can’t I enter my location????
Waste centers not found
Waste and recycling centers are not found.
Not dependable
I check this app everyday for updated information like Crime and Pets, etc. Most days those options don’t even populate on the app and if I check it again a couple hours later those tabs may be there but another tab is missing but was there earlier. I haven’t seen the Crime tab with any updates in almost a week. And I know there have been police dispatch in a weeks time. Very undependable, I may just need to delete the app.

Not user friendly
The concept is great but there are many residential construction projects going on and all I see are a few, and can’t find commercial projects!

Meets the goal of transparency and ease of use
Clunky
Where I can see a definite use for this app, navigation is clunky and confusing. Took me forever to figure out how to set it up. It’s definitely not intuitive and I think a lot of people will have issues trying to figure it out.
