Easy app to use but…
Dear HCPLC app developers, this is my wish: besides putting a book on hold, could you please add a choice to put it on a user defined list? I love that I can be in a store and scan the barcode of a book so see if it’s in your catalog, but I don’t necessarily want to put it on hold right away. I guess I’m wanting your app to be like the Goodreads app. In my Goodreads account I’ve added the option to connect to HCPLC but I’d like to just cut to the chase and be able to do it on your app. Thank you in advance!

It isn’t even worth having an app that is 100% unusable.
My experience
This app is very useful and helpful, my only complaint is that it is very slow sometimes to the point of frustration, but, besides that I think it works well, every one else’s comments are a bit dramatic in my opinion
Terribly slow
I go to use this app, get frustrated because it is so slow, and usually end up going to the website on my laptop. Wish they would improve performance.
One of the worst professional apps I’ve ever used
I feel a little cheated that my county tax dollars went towards hiring this company to make something that doesn’t work at all.
Doesn’t Work
Pages don’t load, card info isn’t stored. So annoying. Don’t waste your time. Such a shame.

This application is often down and when is not I can’t get in my account. I get an error message. Agreed with the other review. Previous application was much better.

It won’t bring up my account info. It always says technical difficulties. Won’t even let me delete it from my phone.

This app is horrible! The original version was awesome and very user friendly. This version is the most frustrating thing I have ever tried.

All data pulled up is accurate, but takes too long and times out often. It's faster for me to go directly to the website.
An app I use the most and HATE the most
The old app was much better. This app takes way too long to load pages and loses information and doesn't keep my preferred library stored. It's just such a pain to use and I need to use it often. Please hire another developer. Boopsie is unreachable
Bring back the old app!
What a disappointment. We've lost so much functionality with this app. You can no longer request holds or renew books all it's really good for is finding an author's name. Don't waste your time; just use the full site.
Old app was better
The old app was superior to this one in usability, intuitiveness, and speed. This is slow and the search is really bad. I find myself having to visit the full site to find what I am looking for. Because of this bad app I have switched to Overdrive and Hoopla as my go to source
