This is app is the most frustrating of the myriad of portals, apps, and platforms Hillsborough County has used over the years. It is impossible to get a simple transcript. Why create more barriers to students who are already suffering in underfunded public schools? I thought technology was supposed to make things more efficient. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am begging of you please stop and take a moment to realize how incredibly ineffective this app is and to make a better alternative, or just hire more counselors who can be of 100x more help to students than a vastly fried dud of an app.
