Can’t submit tip - this app is broken!
Tried to report crime in downtown Tampa FL and this app couldn’t submit it. Endless spinning wheel on multiple attempt before it gives up with no error message. I tried to use the contact us webpage to submit the technical issue there but that’s broken too with a non-existent captcha issue.
A 16year old kid with a Claude Code subscription and no app dev experience could make a better app than this broken junk in a week or two! Normally this technical incompetence could just be laughed off but this is serious and could result getting someone killed! This app is about as simple as an app gets and it still doesn’t work!

They blocked me for reporting a drug dealer
There’s a house in my neighborhood that deals drugs I’ve been sending pictures and videos of the cars via this app. Another other dose this month and I try to report more drug dealing along with cars and license plates, but the app tells me I’m blocklisted.

This app is awesome. Get rid of the vagrants in your neighborhood! You don’t have time for the non-emergency line. Report, take image if you want, gps, submit. The Deputies usually show up in a few minutes. Make your neighborhood “too hot” drug dealers and addicts. That means it’s too hot because no matter where they go the Sheriff finds them and shows up.

When sent I sent reports as a deputized ranger to this tip line it was under the impression they would be taken seriously by the law enforcement agencies I requested. Instead I sat in weeks worth of hours while they pendently did not send and I had to sit BY AND WATCH AS THOSE LIVES I TRIED TO REORT BECAME WASTED. If you have valid tips of child porn being made and publicly see 20,000usd death threats in retaliation to verbally trying to stop the child porn requirement oboosting@snapchat and then post them here on the broken not responding tip line that didn’t start working until I posted pictures onto the FCC website of the app failing to send properly over multiple months, hcso will assume you are making life threats and arrest you. While detained they will refuse you drinking water for 24hrs until you have to break your hand trying to knock on the window to get thee most basic life necessity. Then for the rest of the duration of your stay the guards and physical/mental examiners will refuse to medically treat you (broken/boxer knuckle fractured while knocking on the door in need of drinking water for 24hrs) while purposefully torturing you about how “nobody in orient road jail has a writing utensil today try again tmrw.” -As they are taking notes with a pen on the other side of the cage- after begrudgingly handing you the medical forms required to start treatment. Note the need to lose their medical practice license asap for totally abandoning their Hippocratic oath as they spin their pen an walk away from a man begging in need of a simple popsicle stick and tape(splint). I’m afraid sitting on my hand for those ten days trying to keep the bones straight didn’t help much as I still feel discomfort. I also had a broken back(pulled something) at the time of the arrest and on the coldest day of the year (so far) I was left naked screaming for clothes until I shivered with such violence my back became immensely more damaged(slipped disc). Which I do expect full compensation for these expenses as a result of your malpractices. -yours truly.

Can’t submit a Tip/Attach a Video
I have not been able to submit a tip or video of proof for months with this app. I have people flying down my street daily, not stopping at the stop sign in the corner and I want it to stop. It just keeps spinning and doesn’t seem to load for hours.

gave a tip and got a response, date was completely wrong which made me suspicious. i feel like nothing is going to be done about my issue

This app is completely useless. There is no information on it at all. The Tampa Police app is worlds better. Please take some time and redesign.
App Facilitates Reporting To Cops
Another reviewer said why bother. You should bother, because it can give the cops a better picture of something going on. You can attach pictures & describe the situation with words, instead of trying to explain over the phone, after you actually reach someone who can do something. I suppose the pictures can also be used as evidence.

Epic fail-- no app! All gives you is a tips list and a link to the website. Deleting until they get their act together.
