Does not work . Need my money back on the device . The app doesn’t work ,when I hit save it just keeps spinning on the screen and does nothing . This people have to fix this!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! Fraud !!! This does not deserve not even a 1 star!!

I have been trying to connect doing exactly what the instructions say. And nothing.. it’s been over an hour already..
Cannot even connect to the camera
I have followed the very brief instructions that came with the corresponding camera, but it will not connect. Click app support on the App Store page sends me to a page written in Chinese, and Google will not translate the page. So this makes the camera I just bought and this app completely unusable with no support.

This app is recommended to control a nanny/spy cam I bought.
Purpose is to photo an animal tearing up my garden at night. So I need motion detection, infra red.
I achieved connectivity, can see video. The icons are hard to understand. I do not know how to use device. Need pdf print manual and probably YouTube video.
