How do I purchase more puzzles? I accidentally pressed the purchase button for the 1300 snowflakes (which I don’t want) and I don’t understand what they are for. I tried using the snowflakes to purchase more puzzles but all it does is say it is loading and nothing else happens. I am not at all happy with this game and I would like my $9.99 back that I accidentally paid for the snowflakes which are of no benefit to me. I don’t want to give you even one star since I can’t play anything after the original 4 and I got nothing for my $9.99 but it won’t let me give you a zero.

Rip off

The title states HD puzzles for adults and after 4.99 plus .99 for 100 puzzles, I got 2 kiddie puzzles. Rip-off don’t buy this app!

Miss

This game freezes after movement of only a few pieces and will completely shut down. The free puzzles are children puzzles. I would not recommend this game.

Keeps kicking me out

I like the puzzles, but after playing 10 packs, every time I try to go in and get another one it kicks me out.

Not all the pieces load on 140+ piece puzzles

When you choose puzzles at 140 pieces or more, not all the pieces will be there. You can get most of them to load eventually if you keep going in and out of the puzzle (and the ads come up each time you go out and again when you go back in!!!), but there is ALWAYS at least one piece that will not load. The last piece shows up as an all white piece in the correct shape, but cannot be moved into the puzzle.
Beautiful puzzles, though.

Fun but....

I like the puzzles and it’s fun BUT there is no way to link across devices. I can’t find a settings button anywhere. I got some new puzzles on my iPad but can’t get them on my iPhone.

Nice game, nice idea... but $2 later it still crashes

Nice game, nice idea... but after paying $1.99 it keeps crashing. I would like a refund

Hello, We will be updating the game soon. Hopefully this solves your problem. I would suggest you completely exit the game and enter again. The problem should solve itself. It’s likely that you could be experiencing connectivity issues when initiating the purchase. We cannot do anything about that as it is not on our end.

Nice app but...

The puzzles are fun and the app is great overall but many of my puzzles had missing pieces and no matter how many times I would reload the game, the pieces would not appear. Very disappointing.

Cute puzzles

Great Christmas puzzles with a good variety of themes, good variety of ways to help you solve, and probably the best Christmas themed puzzle game I’ve seen.

All of the puzzle pieces aren’t there. They seem to be all incomplete puzzles.

Hey, sorry you experienced this. Maybe you can help us out by letting us know which board this happened on. Also, it’s possible that you had that piece laying outside of the board instead of in the panel. We have experienced no such problem on our end with any Apple Device.

Nice app, needs work

I really like the difficulty levels which makes it fun for my 3 year old, 7 year old, as well as myself. Though I had to keep exiting the game in the middle to load more puzzle pieces which was a bit frustrating, I don’t think that’s supposed to happen, and I was unable to finish my first 140 piece puzzle because the last piece wouldn’t move. Oh well. Fun anyways

Hello, thanks for the review. It will help us make the game better. The puzzle pieces should load automatically when you select the picture. If they don’t it may be due to an old device or some kind of problem we are unaware of. In any case, we will look into it and if it is a problem on our end we will fix this in the next update.
