HD-WiFiCAM App down not work

The HD Dash Wi-Fi cam app does not work. I tried for several hours to get it to work. It tries to connect to the little remote camera that I needs to communicate with that I purchased and it doesn’t give you the chance to enter the settings into the app so that it can work such as the ID and the password I called APPLE and they were not able to help their website doesn’t give you any phone number they’re located in China and at this point my remote camera is useless until I can get the after work and right now I’m stuck.
