One of the the worst app I ever used
Hard to login every time. Super slow, insecure and hard to navigate
Poor service experience
I am very disappointed with the HDFC Life app experience. My premium due date is May 27, but I already paid my premium on May 8. Even after more than two weeks, the payment has still not been reflected in the app, and it continues to show that my premium is due. This creates unnecessary confusion and concern for customers.
HDFC Life is one of India’s leading companies in the banking and insurance sector, so I expected a much better digital experience. There seems to be poor coordination between the payment system and the app update process. A premium payment should be reflected promptly and accurately. The delay of more than two weeks is unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper system synchronization.
The app also needs significant improvement in reliability and customer experience. Very poor service experience.

Renewal process is very simple

Very slow and buggy.
Policy details not fetched
Post the latest update of last week, the app does not fetch my policy details, tried several attempts and now frustrated

Every few weeks there is updates and every time need to login and they make many changes. Headache to use this app.

Such a convoluted customer interface design, there is no straightforward way to access your policies or see the performance. Multiple logins and OTP is needed, needs complete redesigned to meet basic needs of customers.

It is right now in the third class category of app needs lot of improvement . IT need to learn from lots of peers insurance companies . Take your IT administrator and show him the other insurance company is how they build up their apps.
Otp issues
Hope less since morning trying finally 5 times otp requested received not even 1 time and now apps stopped working.
