The HDI Remote app will help to provide you with HDI risk engineering services via a remote survey. The app allows the HDI risk engineer to see what you see by utilizing the camera on your mobile device. For initiating a remote survey you must be invited via mail or SMS.
The application will not allow the risk engineer access to any data stored on your device.
Additional features for your remote survey by HDI risk consulting includes:
- Full-HD multi-user video calls with augmented reality annotations, shared pointers, and infinite zoom for visual participant interactions
- Documentation of remote support cases with checklists, comments, screenshots and video recordings
- Chats with integrated translator into other languages to overcome language barriers
Navigation mode with visual instructions to safely direct people on the store floor
- Invitation of guest users who can join with one click via a link in the mobile browser without having to install the app first
- Separate apps available for data glasses / smart glasses
