Minor improvements
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now. From a basic features and functional perspective, I don’t have many complaints. However, I would request that the Alarm functionality be modified so that you can either change the noise to a vibration and remove the alarm entirely while the application is in use - playback will get interrupted often due the alarm getting set off. This would improve the user experience substantially. Thanks

App doesn’t work
Can’t get the App to connect to the camera. Followed instructions numerous times and rest camera. But fails every time.
Just make it work with headphones
I don’t know why but it has never worked by streaming audio through my headphones and it’s the only thing I need to work

Garbage
Ordered the camera off Amazon. The app never allowed me to log in there for I’ve never been able to use it. Absolute waste of money. I’ve connected to various networks all it says is error code 4036
Issue with app
How do you access send logs? No password provided. Unable to save or find file too. Trying to recover.
Doesn’t connect in 99% of the time
App wouldn’t connect to the camera in a month, then would start connecting all of the sudden for half a day, and quits again for another month. Network shows strong connection to the camera.
As of this is not enough to delete this app, they made the download to phone option only if you subscribe to their cloud plan.. This software is total garbage and scam.

It works, most of the time
Every so often the camera will disconnect, which is annoying, but otherwise it mostly works. It does not have support for automated daylight savings time. The cloud service is a joke.
Sd card works but cloud subscription is not
The last update 1.7.12 works for the sd card now but the cloud subscription i paid for is not working.

No connection
Unit will no longer connect to cameras today. No cloud loading, won’t load sd card. Shows connected n preview page, but just loading screen when going into live view

Update: you fixed being able to tap on sd card option but now it doesn’t record. And hadn’t for two days
Can’t view with SD card option to see previous recordings, app closes immediately. Just started doing this a day or two ago. Not able to contact anyone regarding issues so I’m having to do this as a review. No updates available to possibly resolve bug as of yet. App started off ok, slowly degrading.

Latest update not working
When accessing the SD card the app suddenly closes

It did work pretty good. It required periodically reconnecting the camera. Now it seems to have just quit. The app won’t do much of anything and won’t connect. It took forever to get it to connect. The app force closes if you try to view the sd card.

SD card can’t be played back
Latest IOS update and app updates doesn’t allow for playback. I guess I’m not buying anymore of these cameras if this isn’t fixed quickly
