Can connect on occasion but not even 20% of the time. App freezes during review whenever you do get it to connect. Find a different app is my suggestion.

Update needed
Please update the app. Messaging is not working since last IOS update.

I can no longer set a recording length because of a bug with the keyboard. Please fix this!
Garbage
The app has bugs that any competent programmer would have found by simply testing. You can’t change some settings. Tech support blames the device.
Configuring is a nightmare
Cannot set my time zone. Recordings have to be set 7 hours ahead to record my Mountain Time Zone. Scheduled recordings don’t record. When trying to change default 5 minute clip to a number between 1-20 you can’t get to the Save yo make the change; it’s below the keyboard area. Missing a better user’s manual that should contain examples for settings.

Don’t waste your money on this
Cameras do not work. I bought 2. One worked once and the other never work. It just says it’s offline but will not reconnect. Don’t waste your money.

誰がこのソフトを作ったかと思うぐらい出鱈目だ。通常のカメラの画面（縦）は異常に縦に伸びている。画面を横にしたら全画面になるが、その際アプリの機能は使えない。4カメラを同時に使う時は、画面が横に見るように4分割になっているが、4分割画面で使えるビューは縦だけ。LEDをオン・オフにする時間の予約ができないから毎日朝消したり夜つけたりしなければならない。カメラが4個だと毎日〜5分x２回（朝と夜）費やさないといけない。その一方、全く機能しないボタンがいくつかある。その上ボタンのレスポンスは最悪。まともなプログラマ雇いなさい全く。

I was able to view my camera until I did an update to IOS 16 for iPhone and now I can’t view my camera. Can you please update the app so us iPhone users can use our camera. Thanks
App crashes when watching recordings
The app crashes when you’re watching recorded videos it crashes the whole phone. It turns the phone off and then turns back on. Every time you watch a recorded video it does this. sometimes you click on the icon. The app opens and closes right away and you have to delete it and reinstall it again. and if you watch a recorded video again, it’ll crash again and again.

Purchased a weather station with camera. Instructions do NOT follow Iphone software and there is NO WAY of connecting the camera with one’s wifi. Does not provide path for entering a password on the phone as the paper instructions say. JUNK.
Works really well!
This is the second type of USB charger camera that we have bought and this one is by far the best. The previous one we had to send back (twice) as it was flawed (it was the one which looks like a standard Apple USB twin charger)
Took less than 5 minutes to set up and as it was really quite easy, picture is great, motion detection is great and we get notifications as promised. I’ll have to go and buy a SIM card now.
