APP is very slow
The APP is very slow and seems like it could be in need of updating. Often times it does not connect to the DVR.
Never works
This app only works maybe one time out of every 10 times of opening it. I have sent messages in to let them know. But they never fix it. I would not recommend this app.
Poor
I have to reboot hard drive too often for app to actually show camera feeds. Now reboot doesn’t even work. Terrible app and security products.
Not the greatest
Takes time to load cameras. App crashes all the time when trying to playback.
great, but needs a minor mod
Just needs the ability to access ptz and viewing grid when running landscape mode. Otherwise, excellent application!

Need to fix
Overall good app. It never works when I open it if I have previously opened it and didn’t close it out. To get it to work again I have to completely close it out every time and then open it again.
App doesn’t play Live
Just bought Alibi HDVision System for $800. I can see the NVR connected but Can’t see the video Live. Returning the unit asap. Need to change the name to Alibi HDBlind.

This is a good app for the most part. However, when my phone goes to sleep. I have ti close out the app and reopen it to load. Other than that, it does the job.

Can’t view off Mac unless you have an old software- need an update

Terrible system - doesn’t work
No communication
Though I can access the cameras from my phone, I get no notification on my phone when the cameras are activated. I purchased the system based on its compatibility with Mac but am unable to access it successfully on my computer. Not sure where to turn for help!
