something wrong with the app
I’ve refreshed the app multiple times and whenever I go into the “Hoodies” collection nothing shows up. When I go on your website and go to the same collection a bunch of stuff comes up. I love this brand but why is this happening?

This is such an awesome business and I’m happy to support it. The only criticism I have is the interface of the app. Like how the bundles aren’t their own little icon to click, and you have to use the search bar. But otherwise, it’s super cute and I love the mission! ❤️

I love the message and the items this company has to offer, but they do not honor their shipping/delivery timeframe. It’s been weeks beyond my expected delivery date and the way they track packages is very invasive of privacy and doesn’t even give you any actual shipping or tracking info. Reached out to their support and have yet to hear back. Hoping I even get a package at this point.

They have cute stuff and all but the service is terrible. It takes forever to be delivered and I ordered a bracelet and it got lost in the mail so I contacted them and they said they would ship one out and it’s been months and I never got anything 😔 would not recommend
