Game changer

I was struggling to hear customers, my wife, any body who was on my deaf side. Once you get the settings adjusted, all I can say is wow. I feel like I can actually follow conversations and interact in situations where before I just kept quiet because I couldn’t hear what was actually happening.

Great App

The app is super helpful and easy to use making using it an overall very great experience!

User-Friendly Hearing Aid Solution

I've used the Head Shadow, and it’s been such a helpful tool. It’s super easy to set up, and the user-friendly design makes it simple to adjust. The sound is clear and natural, It works great with my AirPods. definitely worth trying if you need a extra hearing support.

Response from developer

Well put. Thanks for your positive review.

Sort of?

It kinda works, but the echo of your voice is quite distracting. Plus, I purchased it, and after several months of the app being rather dormant on the phone it seemed to have forgotten this and now I’d have to purchase it again to tinker with it.
While it states it works with an audiogram, there’s nowhere in the software to add yours. It means well, I’m sure.

Response from developer

Thanks for your review. You don’t need to purchase the app again. Simply go to the App’s Settings, and touch the “Restore Purchase” option. Then touch “Try or buy” and notice that you have already purchased the app. If you have changed you iPhone after you purchased the app, you might have to use App Store to check your Purchased and download the App again. Adding audiogram is done on your iPhone. If you touch the “Head Shadow FAQ” option in App’s Settings, you will find much help, including “How to add your audiogram to your iPhone”. Your comments about voice echo is correct. We’re trying to fix this. Please email support@swiftricity.com for more details.

Question

I would like to know if the app is still getting updated and getting better. I did not see the option to disable and enable the microphone of the mobile. How can i do that? I have the airpods and i would like to use for example only the microphone of the airpods.

Response from developer

Thanks for your support. Yes we’re active and work on new improvements of the Head Shadow App. In order to disable iPhone microphone, first connect a Bluetooth headset to your iPhone. Then turn on the Bluetooth microphone switch in the Head Shadow App Settings. Play the app and the Bluetooth microphone is now active.
