Great app with one-time purchase
This is super useful as a lighting reference for making comics, which I do. Can’t thank you enough for creating it. My only gripe is that it would be great to have something for children - like a 5-7 years old? Feels like that’s missing. Even an age slider perhaps? That would be amazing. Also maybe another reference with realistic, smooth surface skin - and eventually something for hands?

Didn’t get female after in app purchase.
I wanted to use this app. Keep getting your website and no support for app purchased female model in app purchase did not load. Tried to contact Apple and says can’t advise because still pending??

Blank screen on update?
This app was good but I updated it and all I now get is a blank screen. I’ve rebooted (iPad pro 2) but it’s the same. There’s nowhere to go to report an issue. Beware….don't update.

Female Head
I enjoy using the app but please develop a female head to accompany the male one
Locks up and there’s nothing I can do about it
Fastest $12.99 I’ve ever done. Opens up on the iPad but that’s all it does. Can’t change anything, not the lighting , not the position of the one model head I have access to, nothing. Live and learn

Its an amazing app
The only thing i wish if you had a more feminine face or a face with softer features to help with that. Now i understand that in theory the planes of the face should be similar but I can’t help what i want.

No Split View
Does what it says. Would love to have the app Split View compatible for my iPad.
Very easy in use, yet infinite options
I love that it offers infinite adjustments for the lighting and background, yet the app itself is really straightforward in use. It is great that you can instantly switch between the skull, muscle structure, planes in the same position and the same light parameters. Very practical, perfect!

Simple, elegant, almost perfect!
Love Stephen’s art, videos, instruction, and this app! Such a simple, elegant interface.
My only request would be a way to load my own models. There are times when I want a simpler planar model of a head, one with female proportions, or even something non non-human.
Being able to utilize this elegant interface with my own meshes would be amazing. Assuming the in the app are a standard format like OBJ or glTF, I hope think this could be a fairly simple update. Regardless, thanks for the amazing app!

Key difference makes this better
It’s possible to have the reference looking up or down, in profile, with the head tilted off axis. This isn’t possible with the other 3D modeling references I’ve tried (including the app I paid 30 bucks for).

Very simple yet well executed app.
Nothing too flashy about this app, it’s only got a handful of head models but they are very well rendered head models, especially the simplified plane head. Just needs an export to image option. Overall, pretty good.

This is what you’ll need to get the perfect angle, lights and background reference for your portraits. All views are available; skull, mannequin, muscle, and head with plenty of planes. Definitely a work of art and care for the art community. I hope to see more of this app in the future. Maybe a female head too? Or young people? Perhaps full body?
