About

Headache Personal Diary helps children track their own headaches — and gives parents and doctors the clear picture they need. MADE FOR KIDS TO USE THEMSELVES • One big friendly button to record "my head hurts" • The Wong-Baker faces scale: tap a face to say how much it hurts • Quick check-ins while the headache lasts, and a big "It stopped!" button when it ends • A daily "How was your day?" check-in — because headache-free days matter just as much • Where it hurts, other symptoms, and possible causes picked from friendly emoji chips STARS, STREAKS AND BADGES Logging is rewarded — never the headache. Every entry earns stars, daily check-ins build streaks, and badges celebrate sticking with it. A REPORT YOUR DOCTOR WILL LOVE One tap builds a clean PDF for your next appointment: headache frequency per week, intensity and duration, time-of-day patterns, symptoms translated into clinical terms (photophobia, visual aura, …), reported triggers, and medication doses — plus a complete episode log. FOR PARENTS • Add medication doses, notes, and details to any entry • Calendar overview of headache days and feel-good days • Backups: snapshot and restore all records at any time • Works on iPhone and iPad PRIVATE BY DESIGN All records live as readable files in your own iCloud Drive and sync only between your devices. No accounts, no ads, no tracking — your family's health data belongs to you.

What's New in Headache Personal Diary

1.2

July 12, 2026

You can now write down a headache after it happened — tap any past day on the calendar to add it, complete with start and end times, faces, and what might have caused it. Also new in this version: • Missed a day check-in? Backfill or change it from the calendar too • Logging a headache that started earlier? Mark it already stopped in the same step • Fix start and end times, remove mistaken check-ins, and change today's answer • A headache accidentally left running from yesterday now gently asks if it's really still going • After it stops, an optional "Did the medicine help?" question — with answers tallied per medicine in the doctor's report • Headache days now ask about missed school or activities, counted in the doctor's report • Headaches lasting past midnight now count every day they touch • If something doesn't save, the app says so and lets you try again • Bigger, easier-to-tap pain faces Thanks for tracking with us!
