I must have missed the information that stated this app is only for coaches. I thought this app would help me quickly see if my daughter might have concussion symptoms, but it’s only sports related, it’s really not useful for lots of people who might still need a head check.
Can’t even log in
I cannot log in to the app at all. I can log in to the website interface but keep getting a “network error” message when trying to use the app. No earthly idea how to get past this.

Easy to use and so convenient having a secure platform for handheld testing. Best of all is the willingness of app administrators to help solve problems and how rapid they respond.

Went through all this crap to make an account and it wouldn’t even let me log in. Don’t even waste your time this app is brutal
Why do you need my email address and phone number?
The registration process is cumbersome, and you don’t explain why you need my personal information before I can start using the app.
I can just imagine someone having downloaded the app and then forgetting about it until they saw an actual event that might have caused a concussion. But before they would be able to start using the app they’d first need to verify their email address?!
Moreover, the app is not intuitive. I think you need to work on adding some tool tips or something to teach users how to navigate the app.

Great app and easy to navigate with the athletes! Instructions are presented in a manner that can be conducted in the correct procedure. Overall, great tool for concussion management especially in a high impact sport.

Hidden Subscription; Free Trial Only
I was excited to find an app I could readily use on my phone for sideline concussion screening instead of bothering with pen and paper, especially when it’s raining, etc. I found this app and was willing to give it a try regardless of the low rating and reviews. I was extremely disappointed to see once I had registered, a notification stating once I verify through my email, it was only a 30 day free trial then I would need to make a purchase for further use. Not even worth my time to verify. Unsubscribed and deleted.

I’ve reset my password literally eleven times. I’ve made sure it’s correct, but it keeps saying that the username or password is incorrect. Terrible.
There is no update
Stop telling me to update when there is no update!!!

Hey, thanks for letting us know you're having trouble with this notification. It looks like the new update isn't registering on your device and like you're still using app version 2.9. We've made a few changes and now have version 2.12.3 for download. I'm not sure why the new update isn't showing up for you but am happy to try to help! Email Kerry at support@headcheckhealth.com. In the meantime, we'll get started on removing that pesky notification that is giving you grief.
Crashes on iOS 11.3
Good app and inclusion of VOMS is great. Unfortunately it crashes when you get to the Convergence section. I’d rate higher if I could actually complete a test.
Amazing app
Amazing app for recoding injury progress as well as athlete stages through concussion recovery, helps us with managing our team. Also ability to share assessments really helps.
