After buying the EarPods, I now have to pay additional $29.00 to use them! Ridiculous!

It charges you 30 dollars and you can’t even control anything, the Bluetooth connection barely works and the songs they give are definitely not worth the money.

Why am I charged for 2 apps that say they will connect my headphones and I have to pay for it? One app said it was going to charge me one price and double it when it came out of my account. If I would have known I couldn’t connect straight to my phone with just Bluetooth I would have never bought Sony earbuds!!!

Why do I have to pay for what should be optional?
Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones
The headphones have a great sound but I’m not happy with paying for a license for a product I already purchased. Kind of like a BMW subscription for features already built into the product. I’m thinking of returning them for the Apple AirPods Max. All features are included in the purchase.

Charged without authorization
We were charged $32.99 when the app was never used and if downloaded was not intended. Trying to connect JBL headphones.
