Doesn’t mention this is a pay to play app. So now JBL wants to charge for the use of my ear buds that I bought 2 years back. They’re going in the garbage, and I’ll never buy another JBL product.

Why am I charged for 2 apps that say they will connect my headphones and I have to pay for it? One app said it was going to charge me one price and double it when it came out of my account. If I would have known I couldn’t connect straight to my phone with just Bluetooth I would have never bought Sony earbuds!!!

Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones

The headphones have a great sound but I’m not happy with paying for a license for a product I already purchased. Kind of like a BMW subscription for features already built into the product. I’m thinking of returning them for the Apple AirPods Max. All features are included in the purchase.

We were charged $32.99 when the app was never used and if downloaded was not intended. Trying to connect JBL headphones.

Don’t use scam

Charged me a fee of 30 dollars for nothing and I couldn’t get rid of charge or is a usable app that allows for any options. Total scam

I just want to turn up the volume!

I downloaded the app because I read you’re supposed to use it to turn up the volume on JBL earbuds. All it did was ask if I would allow to share stuff with third party blah blah blah stuff. I allowed and it took me to a black screen with an icon on it. Nothing else. No menu. No volume control. Nothing. Am I missing something?

It's Okay, I Guess

Hmm, I have mixed feelings. The smart device connectivity is good when it works, but I've had a couple of random disconnections which is frustrating. The music libraries are nice, I'll give it that. The offline music import is a great idea, but the process isn't as smooth as I'd hoped. I'm a little disappointed because the description got me really excited. It's an okay app, but not amazing.

Surprised by the Music Library

I mainly got this for the smart headphone connectivity (which is great, by the way, super quick pairing) but I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse music library. The AI section is really smart and the popular library always has what's trending. I also used the offline import to add some rare tracks I had, and now they're safe in my local library. The whole app just feels like a one-stop shop for all my audio needs. It's made each listening session really enjoyable. Awesome stuff!

The idea is great – a one-stop audio solution. But the app can be slow to load the music libraries. Playlist customization is easy, I'll give it that.
