I've had moments when I couldn't sleep and moments when I felt anxious and HeadRest helped every single time. The UI is clean, The application is easy to use and everu story is intentful. The thought put into building the app shows and its amazing to see AI have mindful usecases for a change.
Unique and well curated
The app is intuitive and easy to use. Tons of meditations to choose from the library. Audiovisuals are fantastic. What’s unique though is that you can curate your own meditation based on how you’re feeling. The personalized mediation is also spot on. Love the app and looking forward to see it grow.
