In my line of business I visit a lot of homes and very rarely know what I’m getting into. I’ve already made good use use of this app and have known ahead of time, on quite a few occasions, what to expect from the customer and how to handle the situation.
Ex. Via the app I saw a note for a potential customer that said they didn’t pay their bill. I requested payment up front and they tried giving every excuse to pay once finished….Long story short, I’m very thank for the “heads up” review another person left so I didn’t waste my time and resources.
