Doesn’t Work for All
BLUP: if someone you want to invite doesn’t have an iPhone or Google Android, use something else.
Was very excited to consider using this app to coordinate with my bridesmaids and entire wedding party to make things easy. Liked the idea of having a quick summary of relevant event information all in one place and chat feature. Unfortunately, when I went to invite my maid of honor, she wasn’t able to download the app. Despite their website saying this app is available for Android, they didn’t specify that it’s only for Google Androids. No point in using this app if one of the most important people can access it.

Was great until….
I was logged out somehow. App won’t let me login via fb nor can I make a new account bc my phone number is already connected to another account.
I want to love this app
This app on the surface just seems like the easiest answer to every brides biggest headache, which is communicating with a large group all at once.
The first issue that comes up, is when you send an invite sometimes people just don’t get it. Which isn’t a huge issue because they can just download the app and search for you.
The second issue, the app sometimes just logs you out and then when you try to log in it doesn’t recognize any of your log in credentials. And when you try to reset your password it doesn’t send you an email. And there’s no real tech support on their website and you don’t know if you’re reaching anyone. I’ve sent DMs to their Instagram but even those stopped getting replies. This is currently the biggest flaw that my bridal party is dealing with. So they can’t actually be a part of the conversation and then I have to go and send separate texts to everyone anyways to make sure they have access.
Also, there’s still some advertised features that aren’t on the app. Like adding plans for a bridal shower.
Overall, it’s an OK app but this tech issue should be fixed because it’s causing such a headache.

This app is an answer to every bridesmaid’s prayers! It helps organize and streamline all planning so you don’t have a million emails going back and forth. Imagine having all things wedding in ONE PLACE!! Amazing! Such a needed thing!!
