Highly Disappointed with Support
I had been using this app on and off for the past few years. I was notified of the updated process and the few times that I was told to uninstall and install another app because they changed platforms.
That’s not the problem I have with it now.
My problem that is unfortunately a recurring situation is support is not helpful nor consistent. I reached out using the proper channels so that I could transfer my old information around the month of April. It is now July and I still haven’t gotten a response. This also happened to me before when I had the earlier version of the app.
If you need money asap, this is not the app for you. It’s a long waiting process involved for onboarding, uploading skills and certifications, and getting in contact with someone. 0/10, I highly don’t recommend.
