HeadX Duo is the companion app for the HeadX Duo wearable device. Designed for trained professionals, it acquires, calculates, records and displays angular movement during supported head, trunk and limb protocols.
Connect your Duo, follow on-screen recording steps, review individual session records, export recorded data and manage firmware updates.
Session data is stored locally on your mobile device and can be exported when needed.
The app does not classify results as normal or impaired, recommend treatment, or determine treatment response, recovery or return to activity.
A compatible HeadX Duo wearable is required. Use only the supported protocols and configurations described in the instructions for use.

Update Duo firmware from Home, with stable or beta releases, faster reconnection and clearer restart guidance. Added app-data backup and restore, including safe replacement, add-missing recovery and backup before clearing history. Available information can now be recovered from older CSV report exports. Redesigned Settings with expandable cards and a combined Software Update section. Assessment summaries now show patient names when available and hide irrelevant side labels for Head and Trunk.
