Location flaw in design of this app

Couldn’t even use it at the time I wanted to. Not sure who designed this to only accept a location by gps and not allow you to manually enter where you live.

So basically you can’t be on vacation, visiting family, or out of your location if you want to make a profile. I live in CA but visiting family in SC and I wanted to meet people and get conversations started but you either enable location or if you press don’t enable location or won’t let you put anything.

Not sure why that would’ve even been designed that way but now I just have to move to the next app. This would have more installs if it wasn’t for small flaws no one caught exactly like that.
