Immensely healing
I found this app when I was going through a period of intense therapy to deal with trauma from my childhood, and can honestly say I found it immensely healing. It allowed me to be with my younger self and to learn to forgive and love her for the child that she was. I highly recommend it. Thank you!
Amazing

Thankful and amazed
I grew up in very abusive environments. But I was still strong somehow. Until I was raped at the age of 13 by my older brother. I have lived with PTSD for years - which means the act is CONSTANTLY going on in my mind. It is very rare that I’ve known any rest or peace. At times it has taken all my strength to keep from screaming. Consequently people think I’m lazy. Glenn I can’t begin to thank you. I am no longer haunted by this horrible trauma. I only listened to it 5 nights in a row as I fell asleep. This is a game changer and much cheaper and easier than therapy. I don’t know how it works but it works. Thank you.

Terrible
This app and everything in it is amateur.
1. I states their is a female and male voice. There isn’t. When you actually play the female track it’s the male voice and damn is his voice annoyingly cheesy.
2. Instead of being practical and normally voiced, it’s all over the place. I cannot listen to it because it’s so poorly worded and expressed.
3. You get no monies worth. I’d love a refund as this app is no help whatsoever.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the app. In answer to your points, the female version and male version are different because they are designed for women or men to visualise meeting their inner child. Didn’t work
Not once did I go under or in a state to meet anyone or anything in this meditation.it went fast .too fast.this one I didn’t like at all.total waste of my money for something that doesn’t deliver.gave it a fair go and it was useless.dissapionted and angry!!can tell by the amount of times used it just not worth what you asking for it..I knew it was a flop but I tried it anyway..wish I didn’t have

Beautiful & Healing
I experienced a trauma during my earlier childhood and I feel like this meditation helped start the healing process. Some parts were difficult, (in fact I cried the first time I listened to it) but by the end it felt as though a weight had been lifted off my chest. I'm going to start listening to this every night and I truly believe it will help me finally begin to heal.

Healing Child
I am 20 days into it and it's been fantastic ! It's so interesting how it works , I starting seeing myself as a kid and playing with certain toys and the more I did the meditation feelings I had suppressed as a child started to manifest into the waking world and being able to recognise it , accept it and heal. Glenn's voice is easy to listen to and the music used is easy ! I like that he has an awake version and sleep version ! If you're going to invest the. Do it everyday for the time Glenn recommends and start to change ... The last 20 days have felt lighter and more at peace within myself !

Very helpful for healing old wounds
The first time I listened to this I cried so hard when I imagined my inner child. I didn't expect to be that emotional but as hard as it was in some ways, it was well worth it as I felt so much old wounding leave my soul through just that first session. I listened to it every night for the next 2 weeks and never cried again like the first time. I feel better about the sadness in my childhood. Thank you Glenn!

No female voice version
There is NO female voice version in this app -- if you select the "W" version you hear the exact same male voice...
Life Changing!
I did this only a couple times several months ago. I literally became a new person! I plan to listen again from time to time. I advised someone I know to purchase. They told me they did it three days in a tie and they're a whole new person as well! I never take the time to do a review, but I feel it's important to share!

Lovely App
I love it. Very soothing and relaxing. Sometimes if I have trouble falling asleep I listen to this and I don't even make it to the end of the recording. There are also helpful hints etc that enable you to hypnotise yourself more effectively.
Somehow feeling better
I believe this app is working because somehow I'm feeling great. I'm more calm and when I think about the past it feels like is just memories with no hurt. I've been listening this app before sleep for more than a month now and I really feel myself letting go a lot of patterns that bothered me before. I'm sleeping better and even remember dreams that for a while I thought I wasn't dreaming anymore. I'll try the other apps as well.

Loving this App
This is a wonderful app. I started seeing someone over 100 kms away to practice exactly what is in this app. Who I see is amazing but so is Glenn Harrold and he fills in the gaps when I cannot get to see a Master in person. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to get in touch with and heal their inner child. It is so important to be happy and positive and this is the way to do it. Glenn Harrold has an amazingly soothing voice and assists you to a higher level of energy each time whether you are asleep or awake. Thank you Glenn Harrold for this most wonderful app!

I just bought this app last night, and listened to it, but now it will not open?
