Много негативен опит с Healee. Заплатих онлайн консултация, като в профила беше посочено „обичайно време за отговор 1–2 часа“. Получих отговор чак след около 10 часа, когато вече не ми беше необходим. Поисках възстановяване на сумата, но ми беше отказано с аргумент, че лекарят все пак е отговорил. За мен това е подвеждащо представяне на услугата и незадоволително отношение към потребителя. Не препоръчвам платформата.

Avoid!
Doctors use this to simply tell you to come into the office, charging you absurd amounts for that “advice”. The app claims no control over payments and won’t help with the issue. A waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
Oh, and support doesn’t even bother to respond.
And they replied to my review that it is expected. IMO the doctors should not be allowed to charge 50lev simply to say “continue what you’re doing and see a doctor” it’s a rip off

Не се издават фактури и амбулаторни листове
Платформата предлага отдалечен разговор с лекар след заплащане. Но нито лекарят, нито платформата предоставят фактура за услугата. След консултацията с лекаря не се предоставя никакъв официален документ - амбулаторен лист или документ/репорт, а само препоръка в чата в апликацията. Платформата отказва издаването на фактура, а лекарят изисква още едим преглед на място, за да издаде амбулаторен лист. Ако имате допълнителна застраховка практически няма възможност да получите парите си от застрахователя тъй като целият преглед е недокументиран - финансово и медицински!

Not useful at all
I deleted the app. Had two online conversations with doctors but they are just answering generally and vague without any real value and not really putting the effort to help the person who paid money to talk to them. The app needs to start paying attention to ratings and why someone gave one star to a doctor.

Constantly trying to login
Since yesterday this app doesn't work. I pay for consultation and minutes after the payment everything in the app stopped working. Please fix it as soon as possible

I have tried out this application for the first time today, and I am happy to report that it has proven to be incredibly beneficial. Acquiring medical guidance from experts from the convenience of your own home is a fantastic alternative. I will use it again in the future!
Paid online consultation didn’t happen and didn’t get refund
I booked online consultation with an endocrinologist who never answered my question. The time for reply was postponed twice by me hoping the extra time would help me get my answer. I never got refunded for that. I wouldn’t use this app anymore and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Chat with doctors doesn't work
For me the main function of this app does not work. Wherever I want to start a chat, I pay, and then it still gives me to pay, but this time there is a red header above with a sign "There is a problem retrieving the data".
I am forced using a browser instead the app every time I want to check and reply to my messages.

Turned out I had a torn meniscus. Thanks to Healee I was able to get in touch with one of the best doctors in the field to read my MRI and advise me on next steps in the same day. It was Saturday. Without the app this might have taken a week or two. I love the service! It supports you in moments you feel especially vulnerable.

Чудесна идея с една забележка
Не става ясно как се използва рецепта изписана през приложението. Опцията да поръчам от аптека, която работи с вас е супер, само че...5 дена водя разговор с госпожата през чата, за да разбера как да поръчам, имат ли аптека в моето населено място и т.н подробности, които ме са предварително или поне не видимо обяснени в приложението. 5 дена. Пълен абсурд. Освен това да поръчвам лекарства по куриер от София е тъпо малко. Как я ползвам тази рецепта в дръго нарселено място или въобще в друга аптека?

Приложението много помага
Приложението може много да помогне, особено в случаите, в които е трудно осъществяване на връзка с подходящ специалист. Много от лекарите отговарят до няколко часа, а самото приложение позволява да се види кога конкретен доктор ще получи съобщението.
Няколко бъга, поради които смъквам една звезда
1. Подади някаква причина едно от запитванията ми беше поето твърде късно. След като ми отговори самата лекарка се озадачи от забавянето
2. Когато копирам номер на айбанът на картата от револют и пейстна в плащането, апът ме връща в изначална позиция.
