Not worth the money
Have been going through my collection of crystals. Most identified correctly, some not. After a while the photo/scan stops. (Camera was clean and in focus) Error message appears- no connection, try again later. Finally uploaded all crystal’s, only to discover that I cannot access the info on them. Same error message - no connection.
No problems with my WiFi. It’s the app that’s at fault!! Have tried emailing for help, without any success. The App would be great, if it actually worked!!

Still needs a massive amount added to the library for details & pictures.
Doesn’t always give a choice of answers with a correct answer. If I had to put numbers to it I’d say it’ has been about a 40% chance as to whether it will get a stone right or even have it in the Data base & yet they are common crystals & rocks that many people collect.
They also don’t give you the opportunity to change the name they have given to your stone if they get it wrong, so I can’t keep it in my catalogue. Please change this
