Concerns about practitioner vetting and transparency
There does not appear to be consistent or reliable verification of practitioner credentials. Regulated and unregulated professions are listed together, and the distinction is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand what qualifications a practitioner actually has or what standards they are held to. A majority of the professions listed on the platform appear to be unregulated or not subject to state licensing.
I also have concerns about review transparency. In my experience, negative feedback was not reflected publicly. I have seen reports and indications suggesting that critical reviews about the company may be removed or are not consistently visible, raising concerns about whether the review system provides a complete and accurate picture.
Taken together, this may result in users making decisions without full visibility into practitioner qualifications or client feedback, which is especially concerning for health-related or sensitive services.

SEO makes it worth the switch
I wasn’t sure about this because I knew that there were certain things they’re still working on such as gift certificates, customized, texts, and promotional emails, however, I found solutions for those on the short term as they are bringing these services online, and the SEO integration that they put the majority of their focus on, made it the most worth it to make the switch to heal me. I really appreciate how their website is so simple, granted there’s some things that I wish that it did, but the fact that I can post a video and show the quality of my services now is helpful. I wish they offered blogs and other content photo posting sizes but for now this is getting me noticed. I like their photo shoot as well. It makes things feel like I’ve really launched a professional business. The customer service also is another thing that makes it very worth it. I it just seems like they are doing better at a one click booking option in comparison to Massagebook. Conversions are going better. Hopefully they will also start offering deposits and credit card fee charge.
